AGA eR3 90 (2018)
AGA's smallest cooker in their 3 series cooker range. Like the eR3 100 the '90' combines AGA's traditional cast iron ovens with its latest dual zone induction technology, however it measures 900mm wide compared to the eR3 100 which is 1000mm allowing it to fit into more compact living spaces.
The ovens and hotplate on left hand side of the cooker are almost identical to the eR3 100. The bottom left hand oven is the simmering oven, top left is the traditional roasting / baking oven with simmering / boiling hotplate situated above it. The only difference to the '100' on the left hand side of the cooker are the slightly smaller 'resting plates' which sit around the hotplate (which give the user a wider cooking surface).
On the right hand side the '90' differs to the '100' by having a taller (albeit slightly thinner) warming oven which again allows the user to hold cooked food at temperature while other food preparation is taking place. This also features a new magnetic door catch. Above the warming oven is AGA's all new dual zone induction plate, with its bridging function, is exactly the same as the one on the '100'.
